イタリアのカトリック雑誌に『30 Giorni』というのがあります。正式名称は『30 Giorni nella Chiesa nel mondo』、訳せば『教会と世界の30日間』となるようです。つまりそれは月刊誌です。
国際的な雑誌で、『30 Days』の名で英語版が、『30 Jours』の名でフランス語版が、『30 Tage』の名でドイツ語版が、『30 Dias』の名でスペイン語版とポルトガル語版が出ているようです。

で、この雑誌の1992年6月号が「ブニーニ大司教とフリーメイソンとの間で交わされたらしい書簡」というのを掲載したそうなのです。
記者はアンドレア・トルネッリという、少し名の知られているらしいジャーナリスト。ウェブサイト「Vatican Insider」の主幹。
その記事を Tradition in Action が紹介していることに、あなたも気づいているかも知れません。私も何年も前から気づいていました。しかし、その時は「不確実情報」ということで済ましていたのです。
今でもそれが「不確実情報」であることには変わりがありません。しかし、最近、一連の「フリーメイソンのカトリック教会破壊計画」を見たことで、私自身、その記事に対する見方が少し変わりました。それらの「計画」とそれらの「書簡」との間に “内容的に一致” するものがあるからです。後でそれについて書きます。
しかし、まずは Tradition in Action の記事を訳してみます。

1992年6月、『30 Dias』誌は、パウロ６世の典礼改革に於けるフリーメイソンの影響に関する特集記事を掲載した。同誌は改革に起因する損害の責任をモンシニョール・アンニバレ・ブニーニに負わせることによってヨハネ23世とパウロ６世を救おうとしている。
In June of 1992, 30 Dias magazine featured an article on the influence of Freemasonry in the Liturgical Reform of Paul VI. The magazine tries to save John XXIII and Paul VI from responsibility for the damage caused by the reform by putting the blame on Msgr. Annibale Bugnini.
ブニーニに不利な証拠の主たるものは一人のスパイによって発見されたとされる２通の手紙である。我々は同誌が添えた付加情報と共にそれらの手紙の内容をここに再現する。
The main evidence against Bugnini consists of two letters that allegedly were found by a spy. We reproduce the contents of those letters as well as additional information given by the magazine.

親愛なる Buan。我々は、グランドマスターと玉座に仕えるプリンスたちに従い、兄弟たちの会議によってあなたに課された任務をここに伝える。我々はあなたに、儀式と言語を混乱させることによって非キリスト教化を広めること（…）を命じる。そして、司祭、司教、枢機卿たちを互いに対立させることを。単一の言語と儀式が教会の力であれば、バベルの言語と儀式はまさしく我々の勝利となるだろう。（…）全てがこれから10年のうちに起こらなければならない。（1964年6月14日）
"Dear Buan, we communicate the task appointed to you by the Council of Brothers, in accordance with the Grand Master and the Assistant Princes to the Throne. We oblige you ... to spread de-christianization by confusing the rites and languages, and to set priests, Bishops, and Cardinals against each other. The Babel language and ritual will be our victory, just as the single language and ritual was the strength of the Church ... Everything should take place in the period of ten years." (June 14, 1964)
“Caro Buan, comunicamos o encargo que o Conselho dos Irmãos estabeleceu para ti, de acordo com o Grão-Mestre e os Príncipes Assistentes ao Trono, e te obrigamos (...) a difundir a descristianização mediante a confusão dos ritos e das línguas e de colocar padres, bispos e cardeais uns contra os outros. "Incomparable Grand Master ... The de-sacralization is rapidly taking place. Another Instruction was published, which took effect on June 29. We can already sing victory, because the vulgar language is sovereign in the whole liturgy, including the essential parts ... The greatest liberty was given to choose between the various formularies, to individual creativity, and to ... chaos! .... In short, with this document I believe to have spread the principle of maximum licentiousness, in accordance with your wishes. I fought hard against my enemies from the Congregation for the Rites, and I had to use all my astuteness so that the Pope would approve it. By luck, we found the support of friends and brothers in Universa Laus [International Association for the Study of Liturgical Music], who are faithful. I thank you for the funds sent and am waiting to see you soon. I embrace you, Your Brother Buan" (July 2, 1967).
“Grão-Mestre incomparável (...) a dessacralização prossegue rapidamente. Foi publicada uma outra Instrução, que entrou em vigor no dia 29 de junho p.p. Já podemos cantar vitória, porque a língua latina vulgar é soberana em toda a liturgia, inclusive nas partes essenciais (...) Foi dada máxima liberdade de escolha entre os vários formulários, à criatividade particular e ao... caos! (...) Em suma, com esse documento creio ter disseminado o princípio da máxima libertinagem, segundo as vossas disposições. Lutei duramente contra os meus inimigos da Congregação para os Ritos e tive que recorrer a toda a minha astúcia para que o Papa a aprovasse. Buan）に宛てたものと思われる。二通目はその典礼学者がロッジのリーダーに宛てた返書、指定された期日までに自分の使命を上首尾に果たした旨を伝えたものであると思われる。これらの文書はブニーニの名誉を著しく損なうものであるが（彼は自分がフリーメイソンとコンタクトを持っていることを常に否定した）、果たして本物だろうか、偽物だろうか。それを言うのは不可能である。この書簡が一人のミステリアスな「スパイ」によってタイプライターで打たれ、写真に撮られ、そして友人である幾人かの司教たちや枢機卿たち（ジェノヴァの大司教ジュセッペ・シリと使徒座署名院の長官ディノ・スタッファが含まれる）に送られたものであってみれば。もしこれらが本物なら、カトリックの教義と典礼を教会の内側から破壊する「計画」を示すものと言えよう。或いはまた、教皇庁の中に互いに対立する「諸派閥」を作り出すことに関心のある何者かがこしらえた偽書である可能性もあるかも知れない。書簡の文言は、実際、非常に直接的で用心されていない。しかし、いずれにせよ、これらの書簡は存在し、そして、ブニーニの改革の結果は、これらの書簡の中で照準を合わせられている諸目標と完全に一致している。
These are excerpts from two letters. The first would have been sent to Msgr. Annibale Bugnini (code name Buan) from the Grand Master of Masonry. The second would be the response of the liturgist to the leader of the Lodges, communicating the accomplishment of the mission well before the fixed time. These documents - gravely defamatory to Bugnini, who always denied having maintained contacts with Masonry - are they true or false? It is impossible to say, given that they are typewritten and photocopied letters provided by a mysterious "spy" who would have delivered them to some Bishop and Cardinal friends, among them the Archbishop of Genoa, Giuseppe Siri, and the Prefect of the Apostolic Seal, Dino Staffa. If they are authentic, they reveal the existence of a "plan" to destroy Catholic doctrine and liturgy from within. They can also be falsifications produced by someone interested in creating rival "factions" in the Curia. The text of the letters, in fact, is very direct and unrefined. In any case, the letters exist and the results of the reforms of Bugnini are in full accord with the fixed objectives.
São trechos de duas cartas. A primeira teria sido enviada a monsenhor Annibale Bugnini (nome em código Buan) pelo Grão-Mestre da maçonaria. A segunda seria a resposta do liturgista ao líder das Lojas, comunicando o cumprimento da missão bem antes do prazo previsto. Esses documentos – gravemente difamatórios para Bugnini, que sempre negou ter mantido contatos com a maçonaria – são verdadeiros ou falsos? É impossível dizer, visto que se trata de cartas datilografadas e fotocopiadas por um misterioso “espião” que em seguida as teria entregue a alguns bispos e cardeais amigos, entre os quais o arcebispo de Gênova, Giuseppe Siri, e o prefeito do Selo Apostólico, Dino Staffa. Se são autênticas, revelam a existência de um “projeto” para destruir a doutrina e da liturgia católica por dentro. Podem também ser falsificações produzidas por alguém interessado em criar “facções” rivais na Cúria. O texto das cartas, de fato, é muito imediatista e grosseiro. Em todo caso, as cartas existem e os resultados das reformas de Bugnini concordam plenamente com os objetivos que fixam.

その記事がポルトガル語版のみに掲載されたのか、それとも他の言語の版にも掲載されたのか、私は掴んでいません。どうもポルトガル語版のみのような気がします。何故なら、ネットの中を他の言語で探しても見つからないからです。記者のトルネッリ氏はイタリア人なのに、何故？ 分かりませんが、何らかの理由があるのかも知れません。（例えば、イタリアでは味方の目も敵の目も厳しいものがある等）
ところで、私は上でポルトガル語原文も併記しました。しかしそれは TIA の画像から書き起こしたものではありません。ポルトガル語記事の全文をテキストで転載しているサイトがあるのです。どこのサイトだと思いますか。なんと、バチカンの聖職者省のサイトなのです。それは、目立たないように、ただ Google などの検索にヒットするように、それをアップしています。
また、聖モンフォールの名を冠した護教的な感じのブラジルのサイトもそれを掲げています。
しかし、このサイトは記事の最下段に、それが聖職者省のサイトからの転載であることを注記しています。
また、ポルトガルの二つのサイト（管理者は同じかも知れません）が『30 Dias』の記事を画像として掲示しています。

これは余談としてお話しします。私は上で「例えば、イタリアでは味方の目も敵の目も厳しいものがある等」と書いたのでしたが、『30 Giorni』のウェブサイトのタイトル部をもう一度見て下さい。
右下に黒い小文字で「1993年から2012年までジュリオ・アンドレオッティによって監修された国際的月刊誌」と書かれています。その名は私にとっては不吉なものです。参照
イタリア語の Wikipedia にもこうあります。
「ジュリオ・アンドレオッティは1993年10月から国際的な雑誌『教会と世界の30日間』の監修者となった（Dall'Ottobre del 1993, Giulio Andreotti diviene direttore del mensile internazionale 30 giorni nella Chiesa e nel Mondo,）」参照
年に注意して下さい。『30 Giorni』のポルトガル語版がその記事を掲載したのが1992年です。そして、アンドレオッティが『30 Giorni』の監修者に収まったのがその翌年の1993年なのです。
以降、『30 Giorni』には “彼ら” にとって危ない記事は載らなくなったのではないでしょうか？
そして、トルネッリ氏のようなイタリアのジャーナリストは、そのような物騒な記事をイタリアで書こうとすると必ず「干渉」があるものであることを、よく知っているのではないでしょうか。
