MORE THAN 30 YEARS IN HONG KONG & CHINA
　In 1987 we established a company named "Techno Spring Mfy., Ltd." in Hong Kong and also
　started factory for heat-treatment of SK4/5 high carbon steel strips and AISI-301EH stainless
　steel strips which are main material for power springs. At that time we were only one Japanese
　company in Hong Kong for this field having good reputation from local clients. A few years later,
　we set up automatic machines for Constant Force Springs together with some other production
　facilities for normal types of power springs.
　In 1994 we moved factory to Guan Dong province, China.
POWER SPRING
　Our present main products are Power springs, Constant force springs and S-type springs.
　In recent years, one of our customers of electric company is using our springs for their products
　of portable radio to pull in and out yearphone and they are quite satisfied with our quality, cost
　and production lead time.
　Besides such application, our springs are widely being used in measuring rulers, chalk lines,
　electric home appliances and general merchandise like pin-on-reels and so on..
Spring Unit
　Spring Units can be installed into mechanism without developing and designing by each user and
　are being used commonly for such application like semi-automatic slide door closer and unit to
　keep position of windows inside electric cars.
　Our spring unit has highest quality with severe incoming inspection on each parts and outgoing
　inspection before delivery.
OEM PRODUCTS
　In accordance with customers' request, we have produced many different parts, semi-assembled
　parts or finished products which are mainly made by metal and plastic as shown below.
　*Pin On Reels (for security use, fishing, IC card holder, etc.)
　*Measuring rulers (semi finished products)
Mini Wire Rope
　We are supplying mini wire rope with cutting into each piece and mounting metal terminals
　on both ends or middle point. Ours are being used for scanner in copy machine and for various
　kinds of general merchandises like spring units, pin on reel, etc.
