--Great bird flying--
Sumi-ink painting "Great bird flying" : A large bird (birdman) appears over the Lake Biwa !
I wanted to show it to Leonardo da Vinci!
He wrote, "The great bird will make its first flight from Mount Ceceri, and will fill the world with wonder, and all books with its prestige,
and will bring eternal glory to the nest in which it was born."
This picture will be exhibited at the 38th Exhibition of the Academy of Sumie Japan (June 28~ July 9 , 2023 , The National Art Center (1B room), Tokyo)
