Dear Father,
I have received your letter dated 3 June 2006, Prot.N.645/06/L, with great joy and sincere thanks.
I am Japanese Catholic who have ever sent several letters to you, about the problem that my priest denies Holy Communion to me because I wish to kneel to Jesus.
According to your letter, you gave some counsel about this matter to our Diocesan Bishop.
I think that he received your letter around June 15 when I received your letter.
And I tried to kneel before my priest on June 25 for the first time since I received your letter.
How did he behave?
He said to me,"No! Stand up!"
I found he have not changed.
Because I couldn't doubt that they would change a little immediately in view of seriousness of the thing, I do not yet confirm whether our bishop has read your letter and whether he told my priest about it. I will check it soon and I will continue working on them, and I will keep watching them for a while. Of course with praying for them.
I hope this problem to be solved fortunately.
However, if my wish does not come true unfortunately, I will lean on you again. I am worrying that probably it may be soon. So, like the thief who hung on a cross of the hill, I entreat you to remember me. (This is my humor. But did I fail?)
And please do not forget that this is not a problem only for me.
I thank you heartily for your kind heart because you listened to a voice of lay faithful.
Sincerely yours in Christ,
